What is Silly Introvert THINGS?

Silly Introvert Things is quirky, comfort- first brand created for introverts who love cozy vibes, relatable introverted humor, and staying true to themselves. All items are made-to-order using trusted print on demand partners like Printfy.

How does shipping work?

We use Printify to fufill your orders, which means items are printed and shipped from one of their global print providers. Shipping times can vary depending on your location, but here’s a general estimate:

• USA: 5-10 business days 

• International: 10-20 business days 

*Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

When will my order be processed?

Processing usually takes 2-4 business days after you place your order. Since each item is made-to-order, we don’t keep inventory, which helps reduce waste and overproduction.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Because we use print-on-demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a problem with your order(e.g, misprint, damage,incorrect item). If that happens, please reach out to our email (sillyintrovertthings@gmail.com) within 14 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number/information

How do I know what size to order

Every product page includes a sizing guide to help you choose the best fit. We recommend measuring a favorite item at home and comparing it to our chart.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We got you! Send an email to: sillyintrovertthings@gmail.com  with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll review it and make it right by either resending the item or issuing a refund.
